Job Description Job Description Medical Aesthetic Provider (Licensed Aesthetician or Registered Nurse) North Austin Full-Time $25–$38/hour (based on licensing, certifications, and experience) About the Role We are seeking a skilled and motivated Medical Aesthetic Provider to join our team at our McNeil location. This role is ideal for a licensed aesthetician or registered nurse with laser hair removal certification who is passionate about delivering exceptional client results and experiences. This position offers the opportunity to expand your expertise across a variety of advanced aesthetic treatments in a supportive, growth-focused environment. Responsibilities Perform laser hair removal treatments safely and effectively Provide a range of aesthetic services, including: CoolSculpt® & CoolTone® Non-ablative laser treatments Microneedling Microdermabrasion Chemical peels Dermaplaning Conduct thorough client consultations and create customized treatment plans Educate clients on services, skincare products, and post-treatment care Maintain accurate and compliant client records Ensure treatment rooms are clean, organized, and fully stocked Uphold all safety protocols and regulatory standards Contribute to a positive team environment and deliver exceptional customer service Qualifications Licensed Aesthetician or Registered Nurse (RN) (required) Laser Hair Removal Certification (required) Experience with additional aesthetic treatments preferred (CoolSculpt, lasers, advanced skincare services) Strong consultation and client communication skills Passion for aesthetics, skincare, and ongoing education Ability to build client relationships and drive retention Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay: $25–$38/hour , based on credentials and experience Opportunities to expand skillset across advanced aesthetic technologies Supportive team environment with growth potential Access to training and continued education Medical, dental, and vision Why Join Us?
