General Accountabilities

We are seeking a licensed professional who doesn’t just understand skin, but knows how to build a community. The ideal candidate has a passion for clinical excellence and a strong social media presence to help showcase our results.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform advanced clinical treatments including medical-grade peels, microneedling, dermaplaning, and laser therapies.
Conduct thorough skin consultations and develop long-term corrective treatment plans.
Provide expert advice on medical-grade skincare products and post-procedure care.
Maintain meticulous treatment records and ensure all clinical safety protocols are met.
Brand Ambassadorship: Actively engage with your existing follower base and create high-quality content (before/afters, "day in the life," educational reels) to drive bookings and brand awareness.

Job Qualifications

Active New Jersey Esthetician or Master Esthetician License.
2-3 years of experience in a clinical or med-spa setting.
Digital Presence: A strong, professional social media following (Instagram/TikTok) with a track record of engagement is highly preferred.
Exceptional communication skills and a "patient-first" mentality.
Proven ability to meet sales targets for both services and retail products.
